International Partners for Education (IPE) is a non-profit organization governed by citizens from Malawi and the US incorporated in 2006 to provide funding for orphaned students to complete secondary education in Malawi. This project is an evaluation of IPE that was completed in to determine the context within which IPE works, its organizational function and program outcomes.
